REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO WEDNESDAY 20TH FEBRUARY
Theme Registration, Accommodation and Bursaries
Registration for the meeting must be made in advance through the simple on-line booking procedure detailed below . There will be no on-site registration possible. Registration DOES NOT include hotel accommodation, which must be booked directly with the hotel itself, as described below. As room numbers are limited we would encourage early booking.
In the event of cancellations all efforts will be made to refund the registration fee, but the organising committee retains the right to withhold an amount equivalent to any unavoidable costs already incurred.

Accommodation:
Accommodation is not included with conference registration and must be booked separately and directly with the hotel. After registering for the meeting (see above) you will be sent a reference number that can be used to book accommodation at the meeting discount price. There are two accommodation options for the meeting, both of which are a short walk from the Holywell Park Conference Centre.
1) Burleigh Court: A 4-star conference hotel (£ 92.40 inc VAT, inclusive of breakfast). The conference dinner will also be held here.
2) The Link Hotel: A 3-star hotel (£ 78 inc VAT, inclusive of breakfast)
Student Bursaries:
A limited number of student bursaries will be offered to successful applicants who are undertaking a course of post-graduate research and who submit a poster for the meeting. Those chosen to receive a bursary will automatically be registered for the meeting and WILL NOT have to follow the on-line registration process. They will also be reimbursed for their accommodation costs for the night of 26th February 2013 at The Link Hotel; the booking must be made directly with the hotel as described above and receipts must be retained for subsequent reimbursement. Students will be notified directly if their application is successful.
Applications for bursaries must be made by submission of a poster abstract, making it clear in the covering email that you wish to apply for a student bursary. The email should also contain details of your status (2nd year PhD etc), affiliation and course of study (research project title). Applications will be considered on a first-come, first served basis so early application is encouraged.
